Power Kleanz
Power Kleanz is a concentrated and extremely effective cleaner and degreaser formulated specifically for concrete surfaces. For instance, it can be used at full strength to remove oils and grease from highly soiled surfaces. It can also be diluted and used for the general cleaning of concrete.
See, if oils and grease aren’t removed for the surface of concrete any sealers or stains that are applied will be rejected from the soiled area. To specify, this can mess up any sort of sealing process that you’re planning. Therefore, it’s important to remove those oils and grease before staining and sealing.
Use Power Kleanz in conjunction with Terra Etch to prepare your concrete for the staining and sealing process. Firstly, remove oils from the surface of the concrete using Power Kleanz. Rinse thoroughly. Secondly, etch the entire surface of the concrete using Terra Etch. To clarify, this will open the pores of the concrete and prepare it for the staining and sealing process.
APPLICATION:
1. Sweep, leaf blow, or vacuum surface to remove loose debris.
2. Dilute Power Klenz with water depending on cleaning task. Pour water into a bucket or pump sprayer, then add cleaner. * Light soiling: Mix 1 part with 5 parts water. * Medium soiling: Mix 1 part with 3 parts water. * Heavy soil/stripping: Mix 1 part with 1 part water.
3. Apply solution to area and allow to dwell 3-5 minutes for cleaning. If stripping, allow to dwell for 10 minutes up to 4 hours. DO NOT allow excess product to dry on surface.
4. Agitate with soft bristle brush or floor machine equipped with a scrubbing pad.
5. Extract dirty solution using a mop or wet / dry vac. Rinse until all residual cleaner is removed. For best results use a pressure washer for rinsing.
6. Dry surface with terry cloth towel or air dry.
