Acid Replacement Cleaner
Terra Etch is a highly concentrated acid alternative cleaner and etcher for concrete, pavers and masonry surfaces. This advanced formula is designed to clean and brighten surfaces, remove mineral and rust stains, and create a even profile for concrete surfaces. It also removes efflorescence, and opens the substate’s pores in preparation for applying sealers, stains, and coatings.
Terra Etch is safer to handle than traditional acids, like muriatic acid, and is biodegradable. Other acid based “concrete cleaners” are highly corrosive. If the cleaner gets on a metal surface it will rust the surface instantly. These corrosive cleaners will damage house paint and can even give you horrific chemical burns. For use on interior and exterior concrete.
For best results:
1. Mix one part Terra Etch and one part water (1 to 1 ratio) into a pump sprayer.
2. Spray dry concrete until saturated then scrub with a deck brush or push broom.
3. Rinse concrete thoroughly using lots and lots of water. The rinse after cleaning is what neutralizes the acids in the cleaner.
4. Repeat if needed for tough to remove efflorescence or rust stains.
