Odor Kleanz Cleaner
Odors from pets urinating and defecating on your concrete can be nightmare to get rid of. I’ve had so many clients hire me to solve this problem for them and none of the products I used ever worked perfectly until… I helped to formulate a specific cleaner to help with disaster. Introducing Odor Kleanz enzyme and beneficial bacteria cleaner. This cleaner is specifically formulated for cleaning and removing pet urine stains and odors from porous concrete.

How Odor Kleanz Works
I use Odor Kleanz because it continues to break down the organic material like pet stains for days after cleaning the surface. For example, it has beneficial bacteria in it, unlike all other enzyme cleaners I know of. These bacteria break down the bad bacteria that cause the odors for up to a week after the substrate is dry. All other enzyme cleaners stop working as soon as the concrete is dry… which is why Odor Kleanz is SO much better than all the other cleaners on the market.
How To Use
Just pour Odor Kleanz and water at a 50% / 50% ratio (1×1) into a clean pump sprayer. Any $25 weed sprayer from the hardware store will work. Spray down the solution until the surface looks completely wet. Scrub the areas vigorously with a deck brush or push broom. The more you agitate the surface the better it works. Spray more down if any areas start to dry up.
After scrubbing the areas for at least 15 minutes, rinse the concrete thoroughly. For interior applications you can wet / dry vacuum up the dirty water and rinse water after cleaning. You can also use a mop to remove the dirty water and rinse water as well.
Let the concrete dry and Odor Kleanz will continue to work it’s magic for days after.
Directions:
Add Odor Kleanz at a 1×1 ratio with water into a mop bucket of pump sprayer. Mop or spray onto soiled surface and agitate. Allow to dwell for up to 15 minutes depending on level of soiling. Mop with clean water or extract with a dry vac or profession extractor. Repeat process if necessary, for stubborn stains or odors.
