Description

The Hawk Brute Pro is my favorite floor machine. I own two and they practically last for ever! I can lift the machine in and out of the bed or cab of my truck by myself. It rolls over gravel and dirt easily for hard to get to rural jobs. I can also roll it up and down stairs by myself! It’s a great machine for a single person to move and use. Plus with the right attachments (The Claw Performance Driver) it can hang with the big machines when it comes to square footage ground per day. Yay!

Hawk Brute Pro 17″

The Hawk BRUTE Pro excels in tough tasks like concrete resurfacing, natural stone polishing, wood screening, and sanding. Its 1.5 HP, 180-frame TEFC AC motor delivers robust power. Equipped with 11:1 helical-cut gears and a steel coupler, it minimizes downtime. The BRUTE avoids tripping breakers, ensuring uninterrupted work. Its 100% steel construction features a chrome motor for durability. The machine includes a 50 lbs. weight kit with two 25 lbs. horseshoe weights, a 4-gallon solution tank, a Mighty-Lok® 17″ pad driver, and a detachable splash guard.

Power Features

The 1.5 HP motor operates at 115-230 V, 60 Hz, with a 50 Hz option. A 50 ft., 12-3, two-piece industrial power cord with a cord lock provides ample reach.

Drive System

Triple-planetary XHD 11:1 gears, case-hardened with a steel coupler, drive brushes at 165 RPM. This ensures consistent, high-performance operation.

Engineered Design

The BRUTE boasts all-steel welded construction for unmatched strength. Steel brush covers and a wraparound bumper protect surfaces. A chrome, heavy-duty steel handle adjusts with a variable position lock. Dual steel triggers feature a negative pressure on/off switch. A thumb-operated safety switch enhances user control. Comfortable vinyl-dipped foam grips reduce fatigue. Non-marking 1” x 5” ball bearing wheels ensure smooth mobility. The 4-gallon solution tank supports extended use. A detachable splash guard contains debris. Two 25 lbs. horseshoe weights add stability for tough jobs.

This machine comes on a pallet and has to be immediately unloaded by the customer upon arrival, or it will have to be picked up at the nearest shipping station. If you would like the pallet to be unloaded for you by the shipping company it will cost an additional $125 – $175. Please contact us immediately after purchase to request the home delivery for the increased price if that is your preference.

This machine is industrial strength, easy to use, and practically lasts for ever.

This machine comes with two horseshoe weights ( 25 lbs. each or 50 lbs. total ) for faster grinding.

This floor machine is equipped with a four gallon solution tank to make wet grinding or floor cleaning much easier.

Our fully equipped Brute machine comes with a diamond pad driver. but is compatible with multiple different pad drivers. Use the hook and loop for stripping and cleaning and the Claw for aggressive diamond grinding.
