CretoSeal distributes for many well known of companies across the entire USA. All items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Once your order is placed, the manufacturer is notified, and the fulfillment times vary. Usually they ship out within 1-3 business days after the order is received. When they are shipped you should receive shipping updates. If you don’t, please contact us and we will get your tracking for you.
ALL orders are shipped ground, and rush shipping is not available.
The average order is received within five to seven business days. Please plan accordingly. If your project needs to be done this week, then sourcing a product locally might be the best option. Otherwise, most orders are received in a timely manner from when they were ordered.
All orders are final. Please do your due diligence before ordering and understand the fulfillment times. None of the manufacturers we distribute for accept returns.
If you change your mind immediately after ordering please let us know. If we can stop the order before a shipping ticket is made we can give you a refund on the order, minus the processing fee.
