Ultra Clean’s concentrated formula can solve almost any cleaning challenge from simple dirt and grime to the stripping of acrylic and wax finishes when used in full concentration.
Modern Stone’s Ultra Clean removes years of dirt and stains from neglected concrete, tile and grout surfaces. This concentrated, high alkaline cleaner/stripper is specially formulated to cut through grease, oil based dirt and many synthetic finishes.
Use on all types of ceramic tile, grout joints and other masonry surfaces. Test in an inconspicuous area to determine ease of application and desired results. Warning: This product is not for use on natural flagstone, marble or limestone.
Make sure that the substrate is thoroughly rinsed after using this cleaner, and before applying any penetrating or surface sealers.
